Mental health assessments
Mental health assessments help clarify student needs while identifying strengths that can be built upon.
Our assessments are strength-focused, age-appropriate, and informed by the school context. They are used to guide individualized support plans and help teams make thoughtful, informed decisions that support student success.
Individual Therapeutic Support
Individual therapeutic support is tailored to each student’s needs and developmental level.
Support may focus on emotional regulation, coping strategies, behavioral awareness, communication skills, and building confidence and self-esteem. Sessions emphasize practical skills that students can apply in school and daily life.
Play-Based Therapeutic Interventions
Play-based therapeutic support allows children to express emotions, process experiences, and build skills in developmentally appropriate ways.
This approach is especially effective for younger students and those who benefit from experiential learning, creative expression, and structured, supportive interaction. Play-based methods are always guided by clear goals and strengths-based planning.
Group-Based Skill Development
Group-based therapeutic services help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills through guided interaction.
Group support may focus on peer relationships, emotional awareness, social problem-solving, and cooperation and boundaries. Groups are structured, goal-driven, and facilitated with respect for individual needs.
Behavioral Intervention Services
Behavioral intervention services are designed to support positive behavior and reduce barriers to learning.

Social Skills Development
